This letter provides information about the patient’s medical history and diagnosis.









Patient profile:



Mamoun Sebti, is 34 years old, male, athletic, and does a large numberamount of manual work.

He has been diagnosed with Kyphosis and scoliosis.

AHe wore a back bracingbrace during adolescence.



Around 2011, Mamoun sprained his left ankle during a surfing activity in 2010, whereand a plaster cast was applied.



Shoulder dislocation:



In 2013/2014, thehe experienced his first shoulder dislocation duringwhile mountain climbing.
In 2016, thehe suffered his second shoulder dislocation during a sports activity.
At the end of 2018, he had the third shoulder dislocation during a boxing session.
At the beginning of 2021, he suffered the fourth shoulder dislocation due to careless movement during thean usual activity.


Back pain medical history:



In the fall of 2019, Mamoun’s back pain manifested as a 3 on a scale of 3 out of 10. Enclosed are the spine radio and blood tests.



In January 2020, Mamoun decided to go formaintain a water fast maintained for 13 days to ease his back pain.


From February 2020 to the end of July 2020, the pain was tolerable. He could run small distances and walk for at least 20 min without the need to lay down or sit. By the end of July, the pain became intense, and his walking activity was limited. He decided to see one of the chiropracticchiropractors and a physiotherapist based in The Netherlands. He felt better after only one session.



From August 2020 – Oct 2020:



From August 2020 to Sept 2020, the pain was intense at the beginning of this period. On a scale of 9 out of 10;He rated the pain he felt as a 9 on a scale of 10. He visited different specialists;: many traumatologists, rheumatologists, one internist, a neurologist, chiropracticchiropractor, and one psychiatrist. SpineFor the spine radios, MRI, and blood tests; everything was normal except for detected scoliosis of 5% was detected. Mamoun took many painkillers during this period :( medications). The cause of the pain remained unclear/unknown.
