• Learn and Be Curious - Katarzyna on 18th of May took over management inof the newly created TOM department at SZZ1. She managed 4 shifts simultaneously and was also actively involved in the life of her former Ship department. Katarzyna started the TOM department inat SZZ1 after only one hour of training with TOM ROM. She put her 5 years of experience and commitment into the construction of the department. Katarzyna constantly learned the details of her position and learned new tasks.
• Ownership - Katarzyna has as itsKatarzyna's primary goal in 2020 closed the FC, 8 times due to RME maintenancesmaintenance. Katarzyna was the only person on the part of the OB who took care of this process. Additionally, Katarzyna was the only person in FC responsible for managing BH.
• Dive Deep / Bias for Action – Katarzyna supervised the implementation of GTDR applications in FC. Additionally, Katarzyna, in cooperation with the project owner, implements new updates to the application (improving the translation and eliminating logical errors). Katarzyna is currently the only POC in PL dealing with the smooth implementation of the application in each FC.
• Ownership – In weeks 48-53 Katarzyna was responsible for the Yard 24/7 project, which involved the operation of the Yard all day long. She supervised the comprehensive training for the M2C company - responsible for the functionality of the Yard during operational breaks, and then she supervised the proper functioning of the project, the aim of which was to reduce queues in the Pre-checkinpre-check-in area.
