I am Ali Galeb Alhejji depends with Nusrain Sunbel.  I arrived with my family in the U.S. on 20th of August ftor starting ELS study in ELS on September. When I have been visitinged the Charlotte, North Carolina branch to complete the registration, I asked them about my refundable amount as what did you explained that it was for us before because I brought the financial guarantee letter with me from SACM,. butHowever, the registrationr told me they can't return my money until the SACM deposit or transfer the amount to yours account from that's date until today. I don't know what I will do definitely do because that I sent this email ftor you.


Please, how we can solve this problem??!
