Just to let you know, we held an internal meeting with Claudio and Felipe to discuss the new client adjustments. We’re happy to reflect those changes and would like to propose a new set of requirements to make them effective.

We will have to work on the design for two more weeks to make these new changes. Claudio will be out of town the week of the 16th, so we plan on working from the 9th to the 13th and from the 23rd to the 27th of May. Because of this new timeline, we will have to move/pause some projects that were already on our schedule for this month.

Due to the reasons stated above, we would like to negotiate an extra fee. Are you open to discussing a new fee for what’s left of the project? We honestly love how this project is coming along! And would love to keep working with you guys on any new projects you have!
