Secondly, my other goal is to be a nurse in order to provide care for others in need. I want to do something that is very challenging and that wouldwill make a difference in people's lives. I wouldwill achieve this by going to NSU to obtain a bachelor's degree in nursing. Nursing has a wide variety of jobs and fields, which would allow me to havewill give me a large number of possibilities into explore settings that I wouldmight like. In addition, nursing is exhilarating since you are fighting for people's lives, and they accept you to seehelping them in their darkest moments. For example, when I was in fifth grade, I had an experience where my mouth would not stop bleeding which caused me to create a strong bond with fellow nurses. This resulted in me wantingThe nurses' deep affection for their patients inspired me to follow in their footsteps because of how she had a deep affection for her patients. Nursing even has the option to travel to other countries, which would allow me to help others who are in foreign countries, whoand are not fortunate to have enough people in the community to provide care for people who need healthcare. I have a heart for helping people and I would love to make a difference in people's lives.

In the end, running and my dream to become a nurse are two very meaningful topics for me. Running creates an outlet from society because of how isolated runners feel when they perform workouts. Nursing allows me to focus on others by caring for people in their darkest moments, which is a dream for me because of how uplifting it feels.
