My first post! And I’m presenting my certificate, as I’ve completed my 1-year role as an Executive Director of Law’s Art Performers FH UI 2021.



I learned so many things by becoming a leader, and it’s: how to organize people, supervise their work, and make the best decisions for the sake of the organization in hard situations. It was a rollercoaster, I’d say,; being a leader isn’t easy at all. I tried to maintain effective and active communication between the team, and I always trytried to recognize my colleagues' success and hard work. Although, I’m very grateful to have a great team! All the responsibilities assigned to me would behave been much heavier without them.



I am aware that my performance as an Executive Director isn't perfect, but I'd like to thank my team for always helping me and backing me up. It's absolutely a step I don't regret and an amazing opportunity for me to develop myself and grow professionally.



AndI'd also, I'd like to congratulate Lutfiah Ariani, Maria Ekklesia Sinurat, and Nabila Aliya Nilasari as, the new executive director and vice executive directors of Law's Art Performers 2022.
