Nice to meet you! I’m able to log in with the VPN and access the Merrick email, Skype and Slack. However, I’m unable to access the JIRA, as it's giving an error that my credentials isare not set up on JIRA as of yet. I did reach out to Techthe tech support team, and they advised me to try accessing JIRA after a day andor two, and it should work then.
