Subject: Request letter to reduce Apartment Rentapartment rent

The purpose of this email, is to ask for a favor regarding reduction inthe apartment rent. I have been living in your apartment for three years, paying the rent on time, and keeping your property like ouras if it were my own. Not only that, but I love living here, but. However, lately, financesI have been difficult,in some financial straits and I’m afraid it would be difficult to sustain monthly payments, so a slight reduction in rent would bego a long way in helping. II've never asked you for such a favor. Furthermore, I have six school-goingschool-age children; theywho are living in different places. Likewise,- I’m still responsible for all expenses.
I’m currently out of the United States. and requestingI'm writing you to entertainask that you fulfill my request and reduce the rent.
