Sorry, I am getting back to you a week late.

I have completed my test outs.

The training I would like is Excel training 1, 2 and 3. The only training I have done is by watching YouTube, using Percipio and learning from other people when I have a question.

I would also like to take classes on Access 1 and 2(at least class 1) and Minitab. I believe these will help me in the future.

I would even like to go further with training in PowerPoint,. This will help me make even better presentations.

I don’t know of any manager training classes I might be able to take,; any suggestions would be great! This could help me be a better manager when I am filling in for IPM’sIPMs.

Everyone in the QA department would benefit from at least one of the classes I mentioned. I don’t believe everyone is familiar with Minitab and Access.

For the plant, I don’t think we ever actually went over how to read a VAS,. I believe we just assumed it was self-explanatory. Also, explain to all inspectors in every department why we have second inspectors.

This training I believe will benefit the whole plant.

I think this training will help me be a better employee and make me even more of an asset to SRUSA!
