Throughout thisthe pandemic, I had supported my region of schools by creating a Digital Toolkit that outline educational apps and their uses, created on-demand supports for a variety of subject-specific teachers, facilitated several online learning classes for educational technology tools and practices, held open-office hours for personalization ofpersonalized instruction and support to teachers in my region, as well asand assisted private schools on a pro-bono basis.

athe most unique skill set that I can bring to Primary Hall Preparatory Charter School is my collective experiences in both the private and public sectors of education. Because of this, I have developed the ability to navigate through the operational side of education, while being grounded in pedagogical practices, standards and vision of education; thus, making the position of Director of Operations very intriguing to me.
