My experience at UCL, Oriental Engineers, Lifo Studios and LGS Defence, as well as my concentrationfocus on Investment Management at University of London, equipsequipped me well forwith the following skills that I would bring to the IPA team:

• Problem-solving: My experience as a Research Assistant for a project with UCL, in collaboration with MIA, where I was assigned to conduct surveys fromon visitors, analyze,analyzing and reportreporting findings of trends that emerged from the data set. While working for Oriental Engineers, as a Financial Reporting Executive, I was responsible for coordinating with other departments, collecting information and preparing financial statements which were relied upon heavily for future decision making.

• Leadership: While working as a Teacher Assistant, I often leadled class discussions and assisted professors in delivering lectures forin Banking, Finance, and Accounting. I frequently took the initiative to engage with the students and tried to resolve any academic hindrances. Communicating with the juniors really helped me gain experience in a leadership role within the student council, where I was regularly leading meetings and executing plans for improvingto improve the experiences of the student body. My drive for innovation was a key motivation while working with Lifo studiosStudios, where I utilized my expertise and worked with a team, which gave me the autonomy onchance to autonomously decide how to take the start-upstartup forward.
