I have been in the LYO and the Shutdown Planning role for nearly two and a halftwo-and-a-half years now, and I would like to be exposed to another area in Planning and understand more of the Calibration side of the spectrum. In my last 2.5two-and-a-half years as the Planner in Amgen (Hanley), I have coordinated successful shutdowns and have proven to be a vital part of the LYO Team through my strategic planning skills. I continuously strive to improve the my planning process by liaising with the system owner and reviewing their workswork, thus understanding the scope of the work. I ensure all the pre requisiteprerequisites to all works are ready/ approved before work can be executeexecuted, thus ensuring there are no delays,: for example, JHA’s/ MethodI ensure JHAs/Method Statements / POs etc are approved and ready to go.
