The center of the city nowadays, consists of a main road crossing the whole city with two secondary dead-end streets, located southwest and southeast, respectively leading to the school and the park. On both sides of the main road,Shops are located on both the north and south, are located shops, behind themsides of the main road. Behind these, on the latter positionsouth side, there is a residential area,; on the former thenorth side, there is countryside.
The plans for the centerdevelopment of the town development aim priorlycenter are primarily for urban mobility, with a dual carriageway street is setset to encircle and connect all points of the town, also transforming. Also, the inner main road intois to be transformed into a pedestrian-only street.
The north shops andOn the land countryside behind it will take place forthe north shops, other buildings, such as a bus station, shopping center, car park, and new housing will be built.
In the south region, the school and park will be joinedconnected by the dual carriageway street. New houses will be constructed near the parking area.
