One of our regular customers had purchased one PT ring & exchanging thereand exchanged their old Platiniumplatinium ring with the new one. This customer had purchased the same ring in 2017 for 29502/- &and when they exchanged the value was 20142/-. The same was communicated to the customer and we had taken the sales return & billand billed the new product for the same. Once the customer went &and checked theretheir old invoice they found that they had paid 29502/- so the customer was not happy with the exchange value &and now they want the ring back. theyThey will pay what ever the diffrence amount by card. We explained to the customer about our policy than to Customerbut the customer was not convinced.
They are regular HNI customer tillcustomers and to date they have purchased more than 50 lakhas from ORRA. Request you to kindly suggest on the sameprovide suggestions.
