Ms. Hoareau was informed that she was offered tenure at a university in United Kingdom to pursue a course in Public Administration, but due to lack of fundfunds and since she was told that she is not on the Training Plantraining plan of her organisation;, her tenure is pending. 2. She feels that since inbecause of her private life, her the situation is drastic, as her partner is mentally ill and does not want to seek medical attention even though he supportsupports her financially; her kids, she and sheher kids need to a better reassurance in terms of bettera higher salary if anything goes wrong, and she finds herself as a single mother. She is not opting for welfare assistance in future as she feels upgrading herself professionalprofessionally will be the bettermentincrease her chances of a futurebetter job. 3. Ms. Hoareau informed us that she hadhas had to drop her pursue for thepursuit of a place at a university in the UK and shehas applied for further studies at the University of Seychelles. She is currently doing a Master’s in Public Administration; following her, attending classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly. She is funding it to date until something changechanges in her case. 4. She notified us that she has been working at the Anti Narcotic Bureau (ANB), under the Police Department since 2016 to date and even though she had meeting. She has met with her management in regards to her further training;, but it was declined as she is not on the training plan. But withHowever, ANB has recently ANB has agreed to allow her to pursue her course on the designated days per week, but not to fund it. ANB notified us that as off this year to upcomingup to 2025, they have already budgeted on the getting infor a new technician forat their organisation. 6. Ms. Hoareau informed us she has seeksought an appointment with the Minister for her to receive decisive advisedadvice on her scholarship application.
