We hadhave been discussing the issue related to the Mobile Inspection App related issue and ADCB’s business requirement. Below are the inputs from ADCB Business, plus the test scenarios we tried to look forwardenvisage.

A. Inspection business scenario at ADCB:
1. Regular Business Inspections
Users conduct regular business inspections for a specific property pool. These include Property, Unit, and Assets inspections. For these Users, the property list can be defined at the User level.

2. Random Inspections
Some Managers and their team members conduct Random Inspections to ensure quality control over the inspections. ScopeThe scope of these Users spanspans across all the properties in the system. For these usersUsers, the property list cannot be defined at the User level.

3. Inspections covered in the same visit
An inspector goes to a property location to conduct a random inspection. If another Inspectioninspection is due within 10-15 days near this location, the Inspectorinspector can complete that inspection too in the same visit.

B. Business View over access for Inspection Creation from the app
We had proposed earlierpreviously asked to ADCB Business if access for Create Inspection Creation from the mobile app cancould be removed.
They want to retain the access to create the Inspectionsinspections from the mobile app.
We convinced them to check to what extent the property list can be accommodated at User level.
