InWith regards to your response to my claim, I am extremely disappointed. I was formerly with the American Home Shield Warranty and, in fact, I have never had a cause reason to call AHSW for any repairs for in the past three years. I moved into the house rather thanwithout having them maintaining coveredmaintain coverage on systems and appliances. The items were in good working conditions and properly kept. Prior to my contract ending with the company, a friend of mine introduced your company (CHW) to me. He recommended and talked highly of your organization and convince convinced me not to renew my old policy coverage. Hence thatThat is why I sought you (CHW) out for future usage by signing for the following three years. To that effect, I provided proof of prior coverage through another warranty carrier, withoutwith no lapse of warranty coverage.
In acknowledgment toof the contractcontract's terms and conditions, there was no clause stipulating pre-existing conditions on the contract. Even though, the CHW technician determined that the air conditioner has a damaged condenser coil that is leaking refrigerant, the house air conditioner was properly working effectively, and was operational prior to and after the date ofI signed the contract. If I havehad known that this is the way I willwould be treated., I haven’t changedwouldn't have shifted from American Home Shield Warranty.
I believe that the determination, as mentioned in the letter, was not made in good faith under the terms and conditions of the contract. And if the company still feels that they are not responsible infor fixing the air conditioner., I don’t have no choice thanbut to demand for my full refund and I am ready, willing, and able to take legal action necessary to resolve this matter. I hope such action won’t beif it becomes necessary. I hope it won’t.
