9. That free legal aid / services are available for needy people u/s 12 (c), instead of directing the respondent to take free legal aid service aid/services the learned family court, puriPuri has sanctioned legal expenses which is completely illegal and unconstitutional.( text(Text book copy attached, document attached , annexture-15).
10. That, Asas respondent is highly qualified and earning from Govt. of Odisha since 2014, she had deliberately not approachingapproached “free legal services” available in DALSA, Puri. Because trained advocates of DALSA/HLSA/ NALSA will evernever allow or encourage the respondent to file false affidavitiesaffidavits or wrong information, false documents or lies sworn under Oathoath, as government is giving remuneration. So the legal expenses component needneeds to be abolished from section HMA 24 and similarly from other cases. Those who are claiming legal expenses before the Honorable Court shall be directed to take “free legal services”. (Document attachattached, annexture-16)
