The study aims to identify the role of creative management in reinforcing religious values for the first three grades students from the Teachers’ Pointteachers’ point of Viewview in the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate, The study population will consist of all of the teachers of the first three grades in the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate, and the sample of the study will be chosen in a simple random way from the original study community, who are (302) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, thea descriptive survey method will be used, and the researcher will develop a questionnaire to collect the study data after reviewing the theoretical literature and previous studies, then ascertaining the significance of its validity and reliability, then extracting the results and the main conclusions. ThenFinally, discussing them and recommendations will be developed.
