Last night, around 1030pm, I heard a knock at my room
Door door, but I did not answer. They knocked again. I did not answer. They proceeded to open my room door with a hotel key. I called out scared and asked who it was and why are they are in my room and a man replied, oh"Oh, they must of given me the wrong Roomroom key. " I immediately called the front desk and she insisted that she did not give anyone my room key. She told me to call back for the manager at 10am forso they could review hotel surveillance on the ground level. I am bit terrified and didn’t get much sleep after that. I truly hope it was a mix up, but from what it seems it doesn’t appear to be. Do iI have any options at this point?
