I am writing this email to explain my 3 consecutive fatalfails with the ticket numberticket numbers 271440086, 271856530, and 273067149.
forFor ticket 271440086, I was not ableunable to properly troublshoot the issue with the customer, as ImI'm not yet well versed
inwell-versed in reading the call traces and not sureunsure on what to check; yet, when it comes to call traces and voice issues, I also did not provide
enough information for the HD, which then eladled to the wrong path forward. forFor ticket 271856530, the customer is sayingsaid that they arewere not getting the proper speed that they are paying and
and. I thought that the customer iswas having a latency, but it turnsturned out that they arewere getting the proper speed and I was not awareunaware that the circuit ID will
indicateindicates the customer's internet speed. forFor ticket 273067149, the customer cannptwas unable to call ana specific toll free number, and upon checking, I've found outI discovered that the toll free number
has aan order that is in-progress. becauseBecause I thought that this was the one that iswas causing the issue, andI did not madefollow other troubleshooting steps.
