As per our discussion, Cheesecake Royale is live on BME and BM Mobile onas of 11/04/2019.


I have the pre-go-live sign-off and system acceptance signs of documents signed by the customer.


I will be getting the go-live documents sign offsign-off today.














Going forward, I would like to escalate this project based on the current situation at the company:






1) Although we have trained all the users a couple of times currently, there is only one user (Jessica) using the system and trying to perform all the transactions in the system. This is because other users are not participating.






2) Production users are not communicating with Jessica due to, so which there will be discrepancies in the system in terms of inventory.






3)Management3) The management of the company wants Jessica to take care of the ERP program and doesis not helphelping her in terms of bringing production users on board.






4) Pricing was not provided to me with the opening balances.






5) From what I have been told, Jessica could soon leave the company.



My suggestion will beis to talk to a management person (Gina) of the company and let them know about the situation and the potential risk ofrisks for the project.
