I would really appreciate ifit if you could write an email in simple words to Agha khan university hospitalKhan University Hospital Karachi (AKUH) that my wife Areeba Rehan is 37 weeks pregnant and her maternity (OPD) is covered by Bupa Arabia with the cashless service (IN & OUTPATIENT),. I'm here in Karachi Pakistan, &and went to Agha khan university hospitalKhan University Hospital (AKUH) with my wife on 14th August at midnight, where the doctor suggestsuggested an ultrasound on an urgent basis because my wife was not feeling well. We went to the radiology department and they denied to facilitate her as a Bupa Arabia patient, and askasked for cash for an ultrasound! So I paid Rs. 11,680 (invoice attached for your reference). ALHAMDULILLAH, by the grace of almighty ALLAH ultrasound report is normal.

On the next day, 15th August, I personally went to "PBSD" corporate department for reimbursing the attached invoice. theyThey denied to reimburse it, having said that my wife has only Prepre and post OPD approval; moreover they mentioned that my wifewife's maternity OPD (Outpatient) &and other tests related to maternity waswere not covedcovered by Bupa Arabia.

Sayed Sb, I would really appreciate it if you mentioned that my wife Areeba Rehan having MR # 617-76-73 is covered with the cashless service for (IN & OUT patient).

Your urgent attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
