On 6-2-2019, at approximately 12:00 PM, I, Francine Adams, Asset Protection @at store 1475 JcpenneyJCPenney 27001 19 northNorth, Clearwater, Florida, observed two adult females and two small children enteredenter the store from the upstairs junior eixitJuniors exit. The females were later identified as Niaya Coleman &and Roesha Coleman. The two subject shoplift Women & Mensubjects had shoplifted women's and men's Nike shoes on 5/18/2019 @5-18-2019 at store 1475.
After selection, the subjects concealmentconcealed them in hertheir personal bagbags on the sales floor in menthe men's and women nikewomen's Nike dept. AP Adams callcalled Area Manager Mosser havefor permission to call CPD. AP Adams was granted the permission. AP Adams canll, called CPD, and informed officerthe officers about subjectssubjects' shoplifting from the store in the weeks prior in store shoplift andbeing present at this moment with young children.
After, concealment the subjects leaves’immediately left the department immediately and went directly to juniorthe Juniors exit. When subjectthe subjects observed CPD arriving at the door. The subjecst start running, they ran to their car and drivingdrove off.
