I am writing to complain about the poor service provided by your company.
I had ordered a digital camera, SUPERPIX 320D. FirstlyFirst, the wrong product was sent. Not only it was delivered the wrong model delivered (SUPERPIX 279L), it was also the wrong colour. I had ordered a black camera, but it was sentbut an aluminium one was sent. Another thing was that the advertisement said the product had a memory card and a case included, but only the memory card was there, not the case. Secondly, when I checked on my credit card resumereceipt, I found out I gotwas charged $8 for delivery, when it said itthere was free delivery.
Last but not least, when I contacted with your customer service department to explain the mistake, the representative was unhelpful, didn't accept responsibility, and said that I should have checked my order, even though I have a receipt and a picture of the order to prove otherwise.
Therefore, I would like to request a full refund.
