I always think that working in a group gives us an opportunity to share new ideas and knowledge. Working with this group hasteam was also been one of thea meaningful experiencesexperience for me. Although I encountered some challenges during my group work, I also got an opportunity to learn some group dynamics and factors that might hinder andor foster group work.
I was so excited to be in this group because my group mate is well experienced and knowledgeable in group presentationpresentations, which could be thewas a great opportunity for me to learn new things, as this iswas my first experience doing group presentation. When I met with my group mate we discussed about our individual topic and decided to combine titletitles for the presentation. I then I selected some key points of our topics and give hershared them to put into the slides. After completion of our slides, I had donedid final editing of our presentation and allocated individual area of the presentation into our mutual understanding. In our group work, we managed our meeting time, even though we have different time scheduleschedules of classes. She hasfully considered fully with my timetable, thatwhich helped us to finish everything on time, howeverall though we experienced some difficulties regarding to our communication. Both of us are from second language background,backgrounds and sometimes explained things areit was quite difficult to explain and understand things; otherwise, I think, we completed our group work very interestingly, expressing ownour own ideas, and I thought without any hesitation. From this group work, I have learned how to make presentation slides in an organized way and to keep myself confidence to expressconfident in expressing my own ideas and knowledge. These experiences will allow me in future to do every group work in time without having any difficulties in future. Overall, I havehad a very good experience working with groupin a team.
