In the picture, that you sendsent me there is no value in the SOJ field and that is why Label Provided checkbox isn’t checked when you generate a report. I have changed that, so now the Label Provided checkbox is checked before the SOJ field. It is going to work like this: if there is a Custom Shipping Address in the PO type, then it goes to Ship To field in the report. If not, then the Label Provided box is checked, if. If it is selected then on the report you get ‘Label Provided’ string. If the checkbox isn’t selected and there is SOJ, then the address from SOJ goes to the Ship To field. Is that logic good for you?
