I am writing to you regarding the complaint received from one of our Key Accounts Customers. Two barcodes were stated on the bags of the three Abu Bint Promo SKUs (1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg). Please find the attached self-explanatory pictures.
Upon checking with our Warehousewarehouse team, they found a bag of Abu Bint Promo 5 kg with two barcodes stated on the bag, which was received in the previous shipment. I have attached a picture showing the batch number for your reference.
Despite that thethe above issue was existing onin the previous shipment, we only recognized it with the latelylatest delivered SKUs, as we are selling them in Key Accounts and they noticed the issue due to the use of the barcode scanner. As you know, having two different barcodes for the same SKU will cause issues not only with our customers, but also with the end consumer.
Please consider the above when printing the new Spanish packaging design.
