The idea is to speed up the importation of Rocío plants into RSA by sending the plants (in a format ready to plant) directly to the farm so that the quarantine period is spent in the final location while the plants are already growing.

We talked with you causebecause we thought you would be able to produce and send the plants in a shorter period of time, and you also have the possibility of doing it from different locations (e.g. from the US in case shipment or exportation is easier). Furthermore, you have already have experience in exporting blueberry plants to RSA.
In the meeting you mentioned that 1one container would take approximately 14.000 plants, and we agreed you would check how quick you could have this quantity ready to send and how much it would cost. Once we had this information, we would have to place an order quickly.
Meanwhile, we have been thinking and would actually be interested in 2two containers to be shipped with 1 monthone month's difference.

In case the import permit is denied or anything else happens, we can just forward those plants to another location.
