This is Yitty from the legal department at YHT Management. I came into the picture only yesterday and needed to do some research andto get more of a picture.

I've dealt with such cases in the past, and have some far more complicatingcomplicated cases. I will work on this case as well.

I spoke to the contractor this morning and got a little of a picture.

I've never dealt with this attorney, and I'm not sure ifwhether they're good for this case or not.

I will question him on the case to get more of a feeling offor how he works and ifwhether he's competent to deal with this case.
