On 5-11-17 I was contracted with Aflac and was excited to get
started. Unfortunately I wasn't able to start at the time due to
medical reasons.
In the later part of 2009 I sustained a head injury that caused
several skull fractures and an acute subdural hematoma. Due to this
I have chronic pain that causes me to struggle with bouts of
depression that can last a week or months. There is no predictable
time.
When I was able to go back to work my contract with Aflac was
terminated due my insurance license laspeinglasping. I forgot to pay the 2
year license fee. This has all been corrected.
