The objectives are clearclearly defined. However, there are no measures or indicators except the number of participants. The objectives are theoreticaltheoretically well-defined, but practicalpractically, they doare not are SMART. So, they are partially defined as to assess their achievement.
The objectives are connected to the expected impacts of this call. However, the potential for wider impact is not very large, even if the proposal mention thementions Nairobi as a regional and international hub. It is hard to convince thisthat this single country may cover large areas fromof Africa.
