AA has a case to purchase printer consumables & Laptopand laptop.
The lowest pricepriced bidder of tender namedis Alpha Data LLC ( Dubai Branch) and declines to signsigning the LOA, since the LOA is issued inby the IraqIraqi Entity of AA, and is not from the UAE Entity. The supplier request 2 optionals (eitheroptions, either: 1) receiving an assurance letter forfrom the local dubaiDubai branch of AA, or 2) 100% advance payment) to doadvanced payment, in order to continue the process agreement theof LOA,. AA is not able to accommodate their optional request. The impact of declining the LOA is making the end user customers upset, because of the long delay to receive the equipment.
In conclusion the TC members recommend thethat this supplier tobe put inon the AA blacklist, in order to avoid such conditions occuroccurring in the future.
