I hope that the stress of NAPLAN week is well behind you all and that you enjoyed your weekend.
This week, I would like to trial a CrossFit-style daily workout with a select group of students. I believe that these students would benefit from the intense physical exercise and positive rule reminders at the beginning of each school day. Selected students will meet with me at the senior hall in the morning at 8:25 am for a 20-min workout, which will be followed by a discussion about their individual daily behaviourbehavior goals and expectations before attending class.
