Portia Rhodes was seen at T. Bibbs Hair Restoration and Healthcare on July 21st, 2016. Mrs. Rhodes came into the clinic for a routine hair restoration appointment. Carefully viewing her situation, we talked about ther current situation, regarding her hair coming out.
