sSuccessive governments have consistently failed to coring-fencer a significant annual fund for a cycling provision, from wtheir transportation budgets. We have been joined by the AA British Cycling and James May, in supporting calls for an annual bfund, per capita. We urge all parties to pledge this fund in their election manifestos. Britain leads the world in competitive cy time, we shouldi do the same for our commuters.
