The earliest records of people practicing meditation dates began to 1500bc BC. The Hindus andre the first people and religious group to start mediation.
Meditation is like a free vacation. The point of meditation is to become more present to the movement or in other words, thoughtlessness. The state most people are in is being stuck in thought and overthinking things. Being stuck in thought can cause Aanxiety, depression, lower immune system and many other issues. The process of doing mediation can cure these problems as well as many more. In some cases mediation can replace pharmaceuticals drugs, leading to a more natural, clean life.
Virtually anyone and everyone should meditate. Doing meditation does not require you to convert to any religion. Anybody from any background can do it.
Every person, no matter the color, race, or background can meditate. Everyone should meditate no matter age, race or background. Who wouldn’t want a free vacation?
