An example is when it comes to meeting sales targets in my organization, management most of the time, management wants everyone to pitch in to pushing orders out. This sometimes leads to role ambiguity and role conflict at work, and employees find it hard discussing with management whether they should focus on achieving the sales target to the detriment of their respective tasks at their desks.
An example is any time we mistakenly ship an order to a wrong location, and we do n’ot want management to know, we come together as a team (customer service, shipping and accounting) to resolve the problem. In solving the problem, we as a team, we sometimes talk about other things, like rumours in the work place. This gives us the opportunity to let off steam, talking about our worries and frustrations and; this in fact helps promote unity and solidarity among us, as we talk about the issues and rumours at work.
