iI believe that I will add, more than any other candidates, will add to the diversity of the host organization, both professionally and culturally.
Having growing up, and livinged, in a conflict zone ,-Gaza-, with very limited resources , iI learned how to be always be determined and motivated.
iI graduated in early 2014. witThere was an unemployment rate of around 70% among new graduates, in a field dominated by males, and yet only one week after graduation iI could secure d a job as an accountant ,. this fFor a lot of Gazans, especially females, this could be the goal but for me it was just the starting point .

iI worked hard and was willing to take on more responsibilities and do extra work.
iIn a year iI was promoted to finance officer, then admin and finance officer.

aAlso, I joined the developoment team of the organization to assist in making deciosions and setting strategiges.

During my journey I have spent many nights without sleep, working, and I was happy to doing it because this is my passion.

My passion is to make a differencet and be in a position where I can make an impact and be part of the soluation.
