According to an article called “Anxiety on the rise among college students”, students have the
fear of judgment and fear of success. In Sthude arnticle, “Aanxiety on theas risbeen amoing collrege astudeints”g hasnd,
stated studhent anxiety is an issue and it has been incoreasing, up to “58 percent of college campuses have
seen a rise in anxiety disorders and 89 percent of campuses have seen a rise in clinical depression”
(Anxiety on the rise among college students). Their mind and body turn this normally helpful emotion
into a feeling depression and don’t allow themselves to get motivated. Before big games and important
tests, rather than getting inspired to prepare for the event, students with anxiety get the feeling that
there’s no use in participating. Instead, they end up concentrating on something much less important
because it feels much more comfortable. Students get easily get distracted and find themselves tempted
to engage in another activity. For example, the day before the big test students rather blow it off and
rather go out with their friends to a club and figured I’they will get back to it later. Since they don’t want to feel
uneasy so, they try and keep their mind off it. The most important thing is to find ways to help to get rid
of the nervousness,. Tthe problem is, the easiest way to do so is to avoid the situation that’s causing it.
