In general, Chapter 28 talks about how to craft reader-centered instructions. It talks about things like features of instructions, common questions that the reader often asks, and the structure for information. In addition, Anderson explains process of preparing instructions, which include explaining communication purpose, planning, research, organizing with well-designed graphics, writing a draft, and revising. He also talks about a few things that we need to take into account while writing instructions. Well-written instructions have introduction, subject, purpose or procedure, audience, scope, organization, conversations, motivation, and safety.
