Based on this global context, I chose to devote my work on the problem of developing new and unique products or services to gain a higher position in the market.
To achieve the project’s qualities, I took it through a comprehensive, strategic marketing and communication planning process. Each step was highly interactive, and designed to move the strategic plan forward, and Tthis report will present just that approach.
The report begins with a comprehensive review of literature which will goes through the fundamentals of strategic planning and strategy implementation. In part 2 of the report, a research of the online behaviour of enthusiastic consumers in France will provides all the information collected and analyzed. Furthermore, findings from interviews and results of the research will bes described.
In part 3, the report will presents a detailed marketing plan for the launch of a new product that will be designated as Koribox. The plan ins broken into five main parts: situation analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing goals and objectives, marketing strategy, evaluation and control.
Finally, in part 4, the report provides a content marketing strategy to accompany the launch of Koribox and help establish Koribaro as the leading expert in Asian products by providing comprehensive blog articles and reviews about them.
