Thanks for your comment s. I will make sure that all members of staff will bundle money in the most safelyst way.
Sara is great with customers; she negotiates and does not let tinghe customer walk away. She is very confident . When she is paying a tax refund to a customer, for tax rshefund is telling them the amount in currency straightaway. She does what iI suggested. The rest of staff don't feel that confident, .Buthowever, I am doing my best to support them. It is a new team, and they are alow learning how to work as a team too. All of the transactions have been checked by me (via transactions listing). Selling transactions have to be processed in the GTS system just after global blue transactions (so they can proofve to us and get a 5% bonus).

So just to make it sure what we need to do to sell off on Friday and Monday morning ? iIs ithat correct Paul?
