If there is one area you are very succesesfull, it is attendance; you are very reliable and flexible when the company needs you.
Don't hesitate to ask questions more often. Allthough your justdgement is typically good, double checking procedures with sienior fabricators leads to lfewessr mistakes.
You have done a decent job with safety, but this year you had one fire. Minor but still unsafe. Keep working hard to avoid thiese inscidents.
Again here is another area that you can improved , allthough iI will say your are closer to good, yobut are riding the border line of fair. Make sure when you are done with a job you have completed it all the way throuegh. Pick up after your self and finish one job before starting another one.
All thought you have never been asked to do an outside Jjob, Iit wioulld not hurt to ask for more responsaibilityies.
Don't be afraid to make suggestions. Some times the best ideas are born from people looking from the outside in.
Jerry has a great attitude, he is a very quick learner. There is not question about his output or his willinlgness to work overtime. He is very easy to approach and is never negative about any task,. wWhen he does not know his task, he is not afraid to try. He has grown quickly in the Uurethane room and he doesn't rely on instructions and is more a selft -starter.

Quality: We need to continue to focus on reducing credits by 20% over the next year.

Housekeeping: Continue to set an example for others by maintaining the 5's plan set in place and cleanliness of the area to take housekeeping to the next level.

Build: Continued to strive to a goal of 50% build.

Safety: We must continue to focus on safety and maintain our safety incident rate at 7% or less.

On time delivery: 2016 goal is 96% or higher for on time shipments. .

As we grow in a the 5's culture has been clean and organizeation will be crucial. Practicing to finish a job all the way includes setting up, pouring, dismantiling, cleaning, putting tools away before starting another job. AIt may seem simple but the average person twhato works in a disorganized area spends 15% of the time looking for tools. Let's avoid doing that for 2017.

Safety is our number one concern and a fire big or small can lead to so many more injuryies, not justonly to you but to your coworkers as well. Learn from your mistakes, dissect the situation so you can learn from everything that leads to the fire.

There is a big disfference between Quality and Quantity, thery are both nesessary to be a susccessfull company. A large quantity is nothing with out good quality; learn to balance both and you will be on your way to helping the company reduce our credits by 20% this year and the years to come.
