I hope this email finds you relaxed and in good health and relaxation. The time has arrived for us to start planning for the upcoming school year. We have many tasks to complete before Aug 10th. We will meet in the library on July 15th at 10:00. I ask that you set aside a couple of hours for this meeting andto prepare to work and have fun. I will send out an agenda before the meeting.
