Summarized Feedback: Although Grace had been with us for quite a
while and had always been a top performer,. I noticed her performance level had dragged quite a bit towards the end of the quarter. So after approaching Grace, I came to learn that she was feeling less appreciated and undervalued as time went by, and we became accustomed to having her around. Grace advised that she felt that I had assumed she always knew what was she doing, and often times she had to conduct outside research to complete tasks. Apparently, Grace was mostly concrefrained from communicating this to us due to being afraid she would be held back from future promotions.
Development Plan: Open two-way communication at all times throughout the duration of each project
, leading to understanding and agreement. Evaluation and performance meetings are now held weekly and apart from each other. Additionally, Grace was provided with my direct contact number, in case urgent feedback or support is needed.

's motivation had dwindled after the first few initial meetings we had conducted. FHe felt overworked and that goals that were assigned to him were too ''out of reach', which made him feel stressed, while also under-performing. He also felt I was focused a bit too inwardly on my own personal goals and agenda, since I frequently disappeared from the office for several hours.
Development Plan: Begin by leading by example
, while balancing out and matching that of my peers sweat equity. Avoid dipping below the bar I have set for myself and expect for my peers to perfcormply. at.I Wwill enforce the company's purpose in each meeting and remind peers how their work really makes a difference. As a new habit, I will focus on being around at the office much more often so that I can be more easily accessible to my peers, in case there's a problem, concern, or suggestion.

Summarized Feedback: Often times Lee felt I wasn't communicating effectively enough to allow the knowledge that I was sharing to fully 'register' with him. He explained that I had been too immersed in the jargon in my chosen field and
didn't acknofwledge the importance of knowing yourthe audience beforehand. Lee suggested I slow down when speaking, and to put more serious effort toward expressing myself in a language that can be understood by those outside our organization.
Development Plan: In order for my efforts and achievements to fully resonate with Lee, I must learn to collaborate effectively
