I have sent an email to Tenaris, to re-confirm who did change the drafts,; now itI isam awaiting their reply.

After checking the draft of advance payment and Performance guarantee attached ,

Oour person in charge ofor those drafts has a question;: wWho did change the draft ,?(iJust justo re-confirm).

We have checked the formats, and thesey are different than what are mentioned in Section 5 of the ITT Documents.

Secondly, there are changes made in those the formats,; can you confirm who made these changes.? If the subcontractor made these changes then thesey are not acceptable to us.

Since wWe have been applying Advance guarantee and Performance guarantee in the ITT payment term, and we have received a comment from the qualified bidder( Tenaris),.

Please advise regarding the attached documents,.(Please be informed that the Ffinal decision from Advance guarantee and Performance guarantee will be used , if Tenaris is the Wwinner of tender(We are in the T&C evaluation), and will apply only for Tenaris).

After consolidating with Tenaris on the previous submission of exceptions, we have been receivinged 2 exceptions of 42 proposed exceptions,. Please see attached,

Exception 1 ( item 1 in the attached document)=: it is about the duration of payment term (180 days) , as suggested by Finance. :iIt depends on the end user decision, ( the urgency of the project ), at least
more than 45 days after accknowleptdging an invoice, it will be accepted.

Exception 2 ( item 4 in the attached document)=: I have sent the details of this exception from the other email, to Legal & Finance for review,
. kKindly please update in the comments's coloumn, after reviewing the details of the exception, so we can make a summarizey from all the exceptions.

Thanks to tryou for trying to completing e the rest of the items in your price offer, but after the bid closing date, all bidders that have been submitting the proposals are not allowed to submit the revised price offers or send the rest of the items( the uncompleted items on the 1st submission),. We will make the evaluation based on the proposals that have been submitted on or before the bid closing date.
