I, CPS investigator, Sharrai Benavides, spoke with Ms. Kettlewell today. Ms. Kettlewell stated that she is the paternal great grandmother of newborn baby, Brookllyn. She stated that she has known Ms. Jarvis for about 2 or 3 years now. Ms. Kettlewell stated she believes Ms. Jarvis is a loving mother, and is trying her best. She statdded that she last saw the family on the 27th of June, and she observed Brookllyn sleeping. Ms. Kettlewell stindicated that she is a happy baby, and has more than enough food to eat at home. She has never seen any marks or bruises on the child. No one in the home uses drugs or is a heavy alcohol drinker. If she suspected abuse or neglect, Ms. WhiKettlewell would contact CPS or law enforcement.

Ms. Cunningham stated that she believes Ms. Jarvis is a good, patient mother, who does a good job. She last saw the family yesterday, and stated that Brookllyn is always a happy baby. Ms. Cunningham stated that they have enough food to eat in the home. She has never noticed any marks or bruises on the baby. She stated that no one in the home is a heavy alcohol drinker, or uses drugs. If she suspected abuse or neglect, Ms. Cunningham would contact CPS or law enforcement.
