Regarding the allegations against him, Mr. Atkins stated that the allegations against himy are not true. He stclatimed that he has not seen Jasmine Gatlin in over a year. He stated that none of the accusations against him are not true and that he was arrested at his parole Oofficer, Jill's office. He stateid that he is currently on parole for an assault against Jasmine Gatlin and is being drug tested and doing community service. Mr. Atkins stated that he does not own a weapon. He says that he does not have any contact with Jasmine, and that his mother picks up and drops off his daughter. Mr. Atkins denies the allegations and states that he is going to court on July 22nd, and has a court appointed lawyer representing him by the name of Paul. He statvers that his mother, Ms. Trion, informed him that they have the wrong person in custody, and that he will soon be released. Mr. Atkins also astaserted that he does not have a car because his car was ruined in the flood in the past month.
