I have already discussed about the situation abofut Mmental health practices in Bangladesh.Altho, bught I would like to give you fewa bit more insight about the cases of Hhuman Ttrafficking. Most of the female and adolescents girls victims of cross -boarder trafficking, victims.Tharey rescued from different brothels ofin India. Our society is too conservative.T, they do not receive willingly those victims willingly at first. After lots of meetings, and motivation they receive some survivors. Through our program's approach, we do ensure a self -empowerment process fofr the survivors.Af Once they are enrollmed int ofa shelter home, a case management process starts.Here At this point we try to bring up what is the immediate needs are of these survivors. We address those needs and make an integration plan based on their conditions.B, but there are lots ofmany lackings in this process. Shelter can not fully comply with the process. Most of the time cou nsellors can not properly identify which support they need as per the culture and context of their community.Most of tThe time counsellors often try to find out about the case/situation but don't know how they can run with the survivors.H There isare some mis conceptions regarding counselling.S, so we want to improve the practices.
